Please welcome, as this years Keynote Speaker, Rev. Jason Crouch, M.A. DTM

Jason Crouch

Jason Crouch has been speaking for over 25 years. Humor is a cornerstone to Jason’s down to earth approach and has connected him to audiences around the world. Jason has experience in non-profit, government, defense and telecommunications industries. Ordained minister in the Church of the Nazarene. Jason has traveled the world working in short term missions’ trips. He has ministered in Australia, Ecuador, Honduras, Dominican Republic, and several states across the nation. He has pastored in Texas and Oklahoma. Jason is currently working for the US Air Force in project planning and management. Insights into management is a fundamental building block in Jason’s keynote address.

The highlight of Rev. Crouch’s speaking comes as part of the Toastmasters International organization. 20 years of membership has helped cultivate an imaginative presentation style that adds a whimsical view of the realities everyone faces in their daily routines. Jason has won multiple speaking titles through Toastmaster International speaking competitions. He has won state titles in Texas and Oklahoma.

Jason has been a valued instructor for several conferences throughout Texas and Oklahoma focusing on growing the effectiveness of non-profit organizations in meeting their core principles of helping others and growing the base of support for future expansion. Beyond the ability to provide consulting to non-profit organization, Jason has lead multiple non-profits in daily management, staff development, and long-term planning. Rev. Crouch has articulated his approach to management using a star system. This five point structure enables individual contributors to seek their full potential in personal responsibilities and developing relationships within the organization that will enhance everyone’s contributions. He starts with the popular principle of K.I.S.S. Keep it simple Sam will work for any Samuel or Samantha who has to work in a team. Hard work is a plus in any job, but staying busy doing the wrong job will help no one. Working together to handle the most important tasks will only be effective if everyone understands the importance of honesty and integrity. These foundational principles apply to our interaction with our teammates (honesty) and our self-perception (integrity.)

You will enjoy the insights woven through the storytelling of everyday events that reveal the humor of humanity. Stress can wreak havoc on your day or it can be the key to finding the truly enlightening aspects of your circumstances. Jason loves to shake and shine, so come to learn and come prepared to laugh.
